Garage Fire

SERVPRO of Midland TX had gotten a call from our town of Odessa TX about mid afternoon. The customers garage had caught on fire. We arrived at the customers house quickly to do our walk through and found that everything in the garage had been covered in soot. He was concerned that his tool box that he had just purchased a couple of months ago was gone. After we looked at it we informed him that we could easily get that cleaned. We packed out the garage so the contractors could come in get it rebuilt while we cleaned his contents back at our warehouse. Once his contents was cleaned we stored them in our warehouse until he was ready for them. We returned his contents and once he saw how clean they were he could not believe his eyes. He was so thankful that he was able to get his on personal property back. We told him that we treat everyone's things like they where our own.
