Sunken Living Room

Insured woke up early Sunday morning and found that the supply line to his toilet had broken. It had ran for several hours before they caught it and got the water turned off.  It had affected several rooms throughout the home. The saving grace was that they had a sunken living room that caught most of the water. We were able to get in and start extracting the water from the living room, but due to the water standing for this long the carpet and pad was floating in four inches of water. We had to remove the carpet and the pad, but was able to save the rest of his rooms. Luckily he had the sunken living to catch the water or it could have been through his whole house before he knew it.
