When the Ceiling comes down

A water pipe broke in the ceiling and brought down 90 percent of the ceiling. There was insulation on everything. Our customer was just beside herself with the mess and she had two little ones running around. We arrived onsite and placed to containment's blocking the living room off so we could do our job of cleaning it up. With the correct PPE gear we began cleaning it up. Once we had the bigger pieces picked up we where able to use hepa vacuums to do the more detailed work. Once all the insulation was removed we was able to mop her floor with SERVPRO chemical and make it nice and shiny  She was so happy when she walked back into her kitchen after we got everything cleaned up.
