This was the result of the water line running to the dishwasher. It had been leaking for a while. The home owner finally noticed it when his carpet was wet in his dinning room. He started looking and found the line leaking. He gave us a call and we got out there and took a look for him. We treated the areas with our chemicals and cleaned it very nicely. The owner decided he wanted us to remove the area to check behind the wall. We removed the drywall to find that the studs where protected by plastic. We finally placed equipment to get the sides of the cabinet and carpet dried out in a couple of days. Homeowner was very pleased with the work.

SERVPRO of Mildand TX received a call from a home owner here in MIdland, TX about an odor that she could not find. We arrived onsite and started walking up to the door when we noticed the smell. After doing our walk through we found that the problem was coming from under the home. We treated the area and got it cleaned up and then found that there was moisture under her home. We placed our drying equipment and got here dried out. The major thing that we pointed out to her was that she had very limited vents blowing under her home.
